How to make Half Round Braid on the kumihimo disk

A video demonstrating how to make a kumihimo Half Round Braid on the round kumihimo disk. This is an intermediate level braid, so if you have not tried kumihimo before I suggest you watch the following video and have a go at the regular Round Braid.
