The first step to building a walk-in shower with the KBRS ShowerSlope is to check the subfloor is level. Then, install the shower drain and cut the ShowerSlope pan to size.

Apply ShowerSeal polyurethane sealant on the drain, add modified thin-set to the subfloor using a 3/4" notched trowel and embed the pan. Walk on the pan to compress the thin-set.

Set the curb using modified thin-set and a bead of polyurethane sealant both on the pan and the curb itself.
