Authenticity has become a buzzword. If you want to be Authentic, then you have to own your truth and be your authentic self and live with the consequences.

And the only real way to be be and stay authentic is if you want NOTHING... If you can't be authentic with yourself, and you don't know who you are, you can't be authentic with other people.

While doing my public speaking Keynote at TravelCon I talked with some attendees during happy hour and we talked about so many important things but we really got into the importance of authenticity and how to keep your integrity and how the fear of being inauthentic is what keeps people from putting themselves out on social media.

If you want to be authentic, you can't let your fear and your impostor syndrome stand between you and delivering value for people.
