Property management in Dubai is something that not a lot of agents truly understands.
When managing a property, an agent has to go through a lot of things.
Landlords doesn't know about all the problems that comes with "an Investment" and they don't have to know about them either... As a good real estate agent takes care of all those problems.
In this video I'm on my way to an investor of mine, He is not so camera person, But he knows the real estate game.
We are managing his property by Short term renting so that it wont be difficult for us to sell it. As I said in my previous video... that sometimes it becomes impossible to sell a property when there's tenant inside (Not always)
