Hamilton | "Congratulations" storyboard/animatic

Finally got the time and motivation to do a project I've been meaning to for a very long time - create a Hamilton animatic! I have yet to do any Hamilton fanart so I guess this could be considered my 'ultimate' fanart for now ha. (There are some small continuity errors lol.)

Yet another of many "Congratulations" animatics that have been done before! It's one of the songs I really wished could have made it to the final musical soundtrack, even though I understand Lin's reasons for ultimately omitting it. It's one of my favorite songs to be honest, because of how passionately Renée Elise Goldsberry sings it and how much it reveals Angelica's character. To me, the song was a confession that Hamilton might have known realized otherwise. I'm sure he knew she had feelings for him, but perhaps not to this extent and I wanted to show that not only did the Reynolds affair hurt and betray his relationship with Eliza - it also damaged his relationship with Angelica and the "sacrifice" she made for the both of them to be together and how he broke her trust (about taking care of Eliza).

Anywho, I hope you enjoy it!

I would like to do Satisfied one day, but that song is five minutes long and would probably take me a veeeery long time lol.
