Happy Wednesday! Today, we focus on building a strong core for better posture, reduced back pain, and overall balance.
🔥 Core Workout Routine: ➡ Warm-Up: 4 rounds of Surya Namaskar
1️⃣ Plank (30-45 sec) – Full-body engagement
2️⃣ Side Plank (30 sec per side) – Boosts obliques
3️⃣ Kneeling Elbow-to-Knee Crunches (10-15 reps/side) – Enhances dynamic stability
4️⃣ Boat Pose (20-30 sec) – Strengthens core & hip flexors
5️⃣ Bridge Pose (12-15 reps) – Activates glutes & lower back
6️⃣ Crunches (15-20 reps) – Targets upper abs
7️⃣ Pelvic Tilts (15-20 reps) – Strengthens lower abs
💡 Pro Tip: Focus on controlled movements & deep breathing.
