Understanding how to detect for output oscillations of a linear amplifier can
be challenging. In this training, we cover three different checks to
determine if the op amp is oscillating. At a system level, output
oscillations may result in the following signature: 

* Anomalous reading of output signal
* Degraded signal integrity
* Unexpected sensor reading
