Texas Attorney General sues key battleground states in bid to challenge US election result
Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton has announced he will sue Pennsylvania, Georgia, Michigan and Wisconsin in bid to challenge US election result.
Attorney General Paxton is asking the US Supreme Court to declare those four state Electoral Votes invalid due to the state legislatures "usurping" its constitutions.
Democratic lawyer Marc Elias, who has been involved in the fight against the Trump administration's attempt to overturn the election, said he is "not worried" about the case succeeding.
