Marty Robbins Progressive Love.wmv
Another self written ballad by Marty that comes from his 1962 album 'Devil Woman.' It shows an artist who is at the top of his game and he puts the song across with the unique sensitivity that his vocal style had developed over the years. On listening to the lyric it might sound somewhat old fashioned in these modern times, but I think the song has a charm of it's own and once again illustrates how great he was and why Ralph Emery used to call him 'old golden throat.'
