Comment survivre dans un froid extrême ? Comment progresser dans un paysage désertique où la température oscille entre -10°C et -40°C ? Pour répondre à ces questions, je suis parti en Laponie suédoise. J'ai passé 6 jours dans la nature en autonomie complète, le tout par -30°C.
