7x12 Cargo Trailer: Beautification Projects

In this installment of my 7x12 cargo trailer upgrades, I clean and paint the brake drums and install new lug nuts and center caps on the wheels.

The lug nuts were nasty and corroded.

Caro trailers rarely have center caps, so I added a style of center cap with a removable center plug (cap)

I also show how to install the wheels/lugnuts while ensuring the wheels are centered on the wheel studs. Sometimes the wheel won't self center when tightening the lug nuts, which is what happened with my wheels.

The trailer is a 2009 Wells Cargo Road Force with torsion axle suspension.
