You know what we need? More makeup tutorials for beginners. I mean, those seem the most useful. Sure, tutorials that show how to create an ultra elaborate glittery cut crease are awesome, but people need to learn the basics first, right? Well, that's why I have an eyebrow tutorial for beginners today. Brows can be daunting. Not only do you need to get the shape, shade and thickness right for your face - BUT YOU HAVE TO DO IT TWICE.
