I talk about my journey of pay and how I negotiated my raise$ as an SLP.

I started at $28 hourly as a CF full-time/$29 a year later and $45 hourly per diem and it took about 6 years to get myself to $48 hrly full time and $60 hourly per diem. Now, even more years later, I average $55-70 hrly depending on the setting/state and only work part-time hours.
