PARTNER WORKOUT exercises - NOT the boring ones!

Grab your partner or bestie and do this partner workout that requires no equipment at all but still not a boring or usual stuff.

Working out with our partner gives more emotional connection, trust, motivation, accountability & so much fun.

These are exercise ideas only (and not a follow along video) but I do hope, it gives you motivation & curiousity, how you can achive these reps with your partner.
You will find here bit cardio, however there are mostly strenghtening exercises.
If you want to increase the intensity or make the exercises more challenging, prepare your ankle weights, dumbbells and/or plates. I tell you the option anyway, what you use and how but of course, if you have any idea for making it more fun, feel free to do so.
