Paint Fall Foliage in Watercolor: Loose, Intuitive Watercolor Study

When painting in a loose, intuitive watercolor style, it's not a given that the painting will turn out the first time. My search for my most authentic work means I show up to paint and I commit to paint a scene as many times as it takes to create a painting that resonates with me.

Each time I paint I scene, I grow more confident and experimental. This fourth version of my scene worked better than the first few because I was willing to change up my colors and try a new direction.
