Vučić in Beijing: What's Next for China-Serbia Relations?

Serbia's President Aleksandar Vučić is now back in Belgrade after a five-day state visit to Beijing, which he described as “the most important of his political career.”

He met Chinese President Xi Jinping and received China's Friendship Medal, the highest such honour for foreign nationals.

After the meeting, Xi said the two had jointly opened a new chapter in their “ironclad relationship.”

On this edition of The Agenda, Juliet Mann speaks to Marko Čadež, President of the Serbian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, to consider what this latest visit means for China-Serbia relations.
