Four time presidential candidate and former Forum for Democratic Change president, Dr Kizza Besigye, has said whether he plans to run for president in 2021 or not should not be a matter of public interest. Instead he thinks the public should be more concerned about how Uganda’s political system can be overhauled for the better.
