Green River Rendezvous Pageant and the Museum of the Mountain Man

Visits to the Museum of the Mountain Man and the Green River Rendezvous Pageant are by far the most authentic things to do during the annual Green River Rendezvous in Pinedale, Wyoming. Since 1936, residents come together on the second Sunday in July to relive the events that opened the American West to trade and settlement. Set against the backdrop of the beautiful Wind River Mountains, Pinedale’s dramatization brings together the history of the mountain men, Native American Indians, missionaries, and many others who played a pivotal role during the era.
