Highlights of the Ladies' Cross-Country Cross Free event from the Birkebeineren Cross-Country Stadium on Day 2 of the 2016 Youth Olympic Games in Lillehammer.

Sweden won the first two medals of Lillehammer 2016 after Moa Lundgreen finished first ahead of compatriot Johanna Hagstroem in the Ladies' Cross-Country Cross Free.

Silver: Johanna Hagstroem (SWE)
Bronze: Laura Chamiot Maitral (FRA)
