🌟 About the Role

As an Associate System Engineer at IBM Consulting, you will work with clients across industries to drive their Hybrid Cloud and AI journeys. You’ll be part of IBM’s Client Innovation Centers (CIC), delivering cutting-edge technical expertise to global clients.

⚙ Key Responsibilities

Participate in software design, development, testing, and support.

Analyze and propose improvements to existing systems and failures.

Work across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) — from concept to deployment.

Troubleshoot and debug code, ensuring high-quality performance.

Collaborate with global teams on hybrid cloud and AI-driven solutions.

Drive discussions with stakeholders and design creative, efficient code solutions.

🧠 Required Skills

Proficiency in programming: Java, C++, Python, or Node.js

Solid understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) concepts

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication (written & spoken) skills

Must be flexible to work from any IBM location in India

Degree: B.E/B.Tech – Computer Science & IT related branches
