Two Trains Passing on the Tehachapi Loop

Welcome to Wonderhussy Adventure #260

While driving from Vegas to the Bay Area for Thanksgiving, I stopped to check out one of the "seven wonders of the railroad world" -- the Tehachapi Loop, a rail line going over the southernmost tip of the Sierra Nevadas at such a steep grade, the track has to form a loop....and if a train is 4000 feet or longer, you can watch the engine cross over the caboose! I'm not really a railroad buff...but I like weird stuff, and this definitely qualifies!
