WHAT I EAT IN A WEEK ~realistic~ | POST HOLIDAY

Happy Saturday, everyone!

In today’s video I showed you everything that I eat in a week and a grocery haul! As I mentioned in the video, I was on vacation/time off so my schedule was a little wonky!

Vegan Caesar salad dressing:
1/2 cup soaked cashews
1/4 cup water
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 lemon, juiced
1/2 dijon mustard
splash of balsamic vinegar
one garlic clove
1 tsp capers
garlic powder, salt, and pepper to taste
Blend in high power blender and store in a jar for up to 4 days!
