In this video, I break down how our architecture shift from microservices to a monolith helped us save over $300,000 per year in infrastructure and operational costs.

We were running 50+ microservices with a team of 12 developers, dealing with constant deployment failures, orchestration issues, service communication overhead, and rising cloud bills. What initially seemed like a scalable and flexible architecture turned into a complex and expensive system to maintain.

After consolidating our services into just 5 core components, we significantly reduced cloud costs, simplified deployments, improved system reliability, and increased overall development velocity.
