Alan Wake Explained - Who is Mr. Scratch? (Analysis)

Hello everyone & welcome back to the latest video in my attempts to explain the Remedy Universe. In today's Video we will be taking a look at Alan Wake's American Nightmare and the primary antagonist, Mr. Scratch.

Created by Thomas Zane, Mr. Scratch was intended to replace Alan in the Real World after he dived into Cauldron Lake. Something happened, however, and a Demon was released instead.

Throughout American Nightmare, Mr. Scratch psychologically Tortured Alan and went on a Grindhouse style killing spree. Who or What exactly is this Demon though? Let's do some research and find out!
