How To: Sand - Stain - Finish Oak Hardwood Floor

This video covers in detail how to sand, stain, and finish red oak flooring. We start with a tutorial on the proper use of the Clarke EZ8 drum sander, how to avoid drum marks, feathering, and grit selection.
We then cover proper use of the Clarke Super 7edger sander, safe procedure with edger, and grit selection.
Removal of edger lines is covered, including proper use of hand scraper, and palm sander.
We discuss proper use of Clarke OBS 18 orbital sander.
Preparation of floor for staining is covered, including preparing the stain, and how to properly apply the stain.
All aspects of finishing the floor is covered including, preparing the urethane, applying the urethane, screen sanding between coats, vacuuming and tacking the floor.
