I started using essential oils when I was recommended them by a friend. My sinuses are normally horrendous in the spring and summer months, but since I started using essential oils I have been able to enjoy these months more! The sinus pressure is quick to leave when I start diffusing some of my favorite blends of oils.

I have gotten to try many different brands and types of oils, as you can probably see from this video. I am excited to share my growing collection with you!
