Pivoting without Pausing

Whenever transitioning from backward to forward or forward to backward we want to reduce the amount of time we're not propelling ourselves in our desired direction. In this drill we tell beginners to begin by facing the direction they want to go in order to emphasis and exaggerate the c-cut that's always needed to initiate the acceleration in our backward quick crossovers. Once we reach the point we are pivoting around, the goal is to move from backward crossovers into a t-push then finally into a forward quick crossover without pausing your strides between each of these movements.
