In October 0f 1987, Texas musicians spent two weeks touring Russia to built ties with the Russian music community. This video is from the Phantom Production, Inc. archives. At that time Phantom, Chris and Martin Theophilus, were managing Deborah Giles and Ron Rogers who participated in the tour.
