07 How to Make Batman's Batarang from Wenge Padauk PurpleHeart & Zebrawood

How to make Batman's Batarang from Wenge Padauk PurpleHeart & Zebrawood. Kids and adults both like these. Especially the comic book lovers in your family.

And it doesn't have to just be Batman. You can cut the logo out of your favorite superhero or villain. Try the Joker, or even Superman.

You can either resaw some shop scrap down to thinner boards and then plane it to 1/4" or 1/8". Or, you can buy thin stock from your local hardwood dealer. I use both Rockler, and Woodcraft.

Trace the pattern onto the wood, and cut it out with a bandsaw or coping saw. some sanding and some finish and that's all it takes.
