Prime Minister 'refuses to tell truth' about flat refurbishment, says shadow foreign secretary

Shadow foreign secretary Lisa Nandy says the Prime Minister is "withholding information from the public" over the Downing Street flat row and "won't come clean" with the electorate.

Asked about reports a Tory donor was asked to cover the costs of the PM's childcare, Ms Nandy says such a report is "extraordinary" given Mr Johnson's earnings.
