this is a joke! hahah this video is such trash.

REMEMBER always that you can easily fix a broken arm, leg or get stitches etc but your brain is who you are! Don't take that lightly! Traumatic brain injuries can really change your life if you survive or they can end it and ruin your family and friend's lives. That's a lot to risk if you actively choose to ride without a helmet. I'm not your mom but it's not something to take lightly or treat like they don't keep you much safer.

Anyways, wear a helmet guys! I wear one about 99% of the time, I've only ever really taken it off for photos since I stopped showing Arabians (it was super common to ride without) or for very short rides but I still recommend that you don't be like me and be someone who wears it for 100% of rides. It's not worth risking your head every time you get on, in my opinion.Wear a helmet for maximum safety, please and PLEASE encourage kids and young people to do it! And have fun!
