Isolated Exercises can be easily overlooked. I can not tell you how important it is to incorporate iso movements into your weekly training. Most Bodyweight Exercises are compound and a lot of the time they can be mistaken as "cardio workouts" This is why I made this video to give you ideas for building muscle mass especially if you have no fitness equipment at home. Tip: Adding a weighted vest will only amplify this workout.
