In this video, we’re going over 6 different ways that you can make passive income. For each way, I’m going to show you the level of difficulty it is to grow, how sustainable it is, and how much money you can expect to earn from each passive income source.

For me in my business, these 6 passive income sources can generate me about $600 per day, and of course, it varies day to day, but as of the moment, it’s been continuing to grow as I invest more money in these businesses. Enjoy and let's get these gains!

1. Investing in stocks and dividends
Anytime you go to buy a stock, what you’re REALLY buying into is a very tiny piece of ownership in that company. What owning stock in a company gives you is a portion of their profits and it works like a share to that company. How those companies pay you, can be through a small piece of what they make in the form of dividends.

You could also do what is known as buying index funds. An index fund is basically just a big basket of stocks that you can buy into for one low price, instantaneously. So this is the ultimate convenient version of buying stocks, and really it gives you the BEST diversification out there

2. Crypto Staking
Right now there are increasingly more and more websites out there that allow you to place your holdings on their site, and in turn, they pay YOU back with interest. For example, BlockFi is the company that I’ve recently been using, and they’ll pay you up to 7.5% annually for putting your cryptocurrency on their platform.

3. Starting a Youtube Channel or Podcast
This one will for sure take more effort because you’ll have to create videos and reach Youtube’s requirements of 4000 hours in watch time and 1000 subscribers in order to be monetized, but Youtube can definitely be one of the most rewarding sources of income.

4. Affiliate Marketing
This is when you promote another service or item, and you get paid a percentage if someone buys it through you. One of the easiest ones to set up is to join the Amazon Affiliate Program.

5. Sell a course / Community subscription
his is where people can pay to get things like exclusive videos or be able to chat with you and be part of your community to connect and learn new things. Right now there’s lots of courses regarding things like growing your youtube channel, how to invest, and it can even range to things like how to play the piano or how to get a 6 pack.

6. Real Estate and Airbnb
The “CATCH” here is that - first, you need to have a steady source of income, and secondly, you also need to have a down payment saved up because you don’t wanna be using your liquid money to put into real estate as it’s considerably a big investment. But if you can check these two off the list, buying a rental property can be a fantastic way to make passive income and it’s also one of the most straightforward ways to make $100 a day
