Blend 10 pandan leaves with 1 cup water (then strain), mix with 3 eggs, 2 cups flour, 300ml coconut milk, 1 cup sugar, 1 tsp butter, 1 tsp salt & 5 tbsp oil.
Pour into a mould, top with sesame seeds (optional) & bake in the airfryer @170 deg celsius fo 20 min followed by 150 deg celsius for 10 min ⏰
