Why every professional astrology birth chart consult assesses temperament & motivation

I have to admit, I struggle when clients show up wanting their life handed to them, as though they have no agency, free will, or options. Covid was especially rough, as certain clients would literally want each month, each week and day sometimes, mapped out for them. Astrology shouldn't work this way.... You need to live your life according to your needs, purpose, meaning, and value. YOUR needs, not the desires of the astrologer.

A good book to start with is James Hillman's Soul's Code. You have a pattern, a fractal pattern, to your life. We can work with you to understand it and let you make better choices, or inner alignments with your vocation, love life, passions, etc. It's all in there!

At a professional level, you should be given this insight so that you can walk away better informed on how you can live your life through these patterns that are definitely a part of you. I've seen far too many clients receiving so-called consults where they simply focus on a few asteroids, or your Sun, Moon, Rising sign. Without a baseline of temperament and motivation, you have handed your agency over to the astrologer, and that's never a good thing!

Hopefully my rambling video makes a bit of sense. My hope is that you walk out of a consult with a sense of agency and clarity of these inner drives. Anyone that promises astrology will solve all your issues is simply interested in their ego and your pocketbook.
