WHAT IS THE MOST POINTS A PLAYER CAN AVERAGE IN NBA 2K?

We've done some crazy simulations on the channel and have seen some absolutely absurd rebounding numbers so it got me thinking, what is the most points we can get somebody to average in the game? I've made the entire league terrible, and put a juiced Michael Jordan on a team of all pass happy short guys ready to get him over the 100 ppg mark. Can he do it?
