Sprint / TMobile coverage area rated by both companies maps as excellent service, phone always roam

my Sprint coverage actually Sprint and T-Mobile merged before I moved out here to 7400 East Golf Links Road in Tucson Arizona 85730-1187 ever since I got in here to this apartment where the coverage map shows excellent service whenever I turn my phone on to use it my phone goes in roaming I don't have my data I can't use internet my calls are barely there and this is not covered and their terms of conditions are terms of use this is not part of their oh we can't always guarantee where you're going to have good service no their map says it's supposed to be excellent service why does the phone always go in roaming when I turn it on when I make a phone call I cannot use I did not get a phone call and I lost a $10,000 loan from the SBA because my phone was in roaming and it did not ring and I didn't know I had a voicemail for a while so I missed my opportunity to even call back within the allotted time.

therefore I want to start a dispute and arbitration because they cost me $10,000 and more and just frustration and so many things I couldn't hear clients cuz the the connection was always choppy cuz it was roaming couldn't use my phone I needed to like and Mexico across the border didn't work at all it's supposed to so this shows and proves that Sprint and T-Mobile are liable because they guaranteed that in my area I'd have great service but I do not and the phone goes to roaming as soon as I make a phone call why does that happen and I'm not the only person with Sprint that that happens to.
