How To Find The Treatment Area For Tennis Elbow and Golfer's Elbow with The Fiix Elbow

Tennis elbow (lateral epicondylitis) affects the tendon that attaches the extensor muscles of the forearm to the lateral epicondyle. Golfer's elbow (medial epicondylitis) pain is the inner side of your elbow with pain extending along the inner side of your forearm. This video explains how to find the area to be treated by the Fiix Elbow device for tennis elbow and golfer's elbow.

First, you want to find the lateral epicondyle on the outside of the elbow - which is the boney projection on the outside of your arm.

The tendon connects the bone to the muscles in the forearm. We want to focus the treatment on the tendon which is just below the lateral epicondyle. The main focus of the treatment should be in this area.

For golfer's elbow, it's the same concept except it's on the inside of the arm. Find the boney projection on the inside of the arm which is the medial medial epicondyle and focus your treatment just below that bone. The Fiix Elbow device with apply treatment to that area and down towards your wrist.

If you have pain in other areas of your arm you can use the device to apply a deep massage to the other areas of your arm but most of the treatment should be on the tendon.
