Parliamentary Inquiry into Allergy and Anaphylaxis - "It Started with Eczema"

Eczema Support Australia provided a submission, outlining the needs of our eczema community, to the Parliamentary Inquiry into Allergy and Anaphylaxis. We were invited to present as witnesses to the Brisbane Public Hearing. Here is the audio of our statements and our response to questions from the committee.
Our opening statement: "Australians living with severe eczema are in desperate need of help. They have been suffering in silence for far too long. Today, I want to give them a voice and outline some practical things that need to be done to help them."
It was an emotional (as you will hear), but positive opportunity and it was made clear by the committee that our voice has indeed been heard.
