Rural Life in Northern Iran | Lavash Bread & Saffron Chicken

In this video, I spend a peaceful day in rural northern Iran, baking fresh lavash bread and cooking saffron chicken over a traditional fire. I also go to the mountains to gather borage flowers and enjoy the calm beauty of village life. Welcome to My_Rural_House 🌿🔥

🥖 Lavash Bread (for 8 breads):
Flour 4 cups, dry yeast 1 tsp, milk 1 cup (lukewarm), water 1 cup (lukewarm), sugar 1 tbsp, salt 1 tsp, oil 2 tbsp.
Mix yeast, sugar, and warm liquid. Add flour, salt, oil. Knead until soft dough forms. Rest 1 hour. Divide into 8, roll thin, cook on hot pan.

🍗 Saffron Chicken (for 2 skewers):
Chicken breast 300g, 1 onion, 1 bell pepper, salt, black pepper, saffron (brewed), juice of 1 fresh lemon, 2 tbsp oil.
Mix all ingredients and marinate 2–4 hours. Skewer and grill over fire until fully cooked.
