Touché! - Dueling Ancient Silvers Battle For Dig Site Supremacy Metal Detecting a 1700’s Field!

We got access to metal detect a colonial farm that is flanked on 3 sides by two 1700s houses and an old stone grist mill. Doug is away on vacation this week so our friend Jessica is taking his place, and boy did she knock a mega bucketlister off her list! Not only was it the oldest coin of the day but it was also the oldest coin she’s ever dug by hundreds of years! But then down the stretch she was challenged for the oldest coin of the hunt by an equally impressive monster also going back hundreds of years! But can her monster old coin hold off the challenge, we shall see but in the end everyone left this field a winner!
