This is a Bigan yoga magic massage to boost your immune system while sleeping. You can do with a calm feeling before going to bed. Respiratory organs play an important role on your immune system. Let's take care of your respiratory organs in quiet music. If you get sleepy, you can fall asleep in the middle of the video. Enjoy!
