1957 Oldsmobile salesman training film

My dad worked at a car dealership his entire life, started as a 'lot boy', sold oldsmobiles, then manager, general manager (added honda, kia, volkswagen and mitsubishi in the 80s and 90s), and then bought the dealership when the owner retired and ran it until 1999, a 45 year career! I found this reel in back corner of his shop, where he stuffed all his work stuff when he retired in 1999.
