Let me tell you about the 2 Step Hot & Cold Formula that will make a guy chase.

What is hot and cold? Hot and cold is the most powerful tactic that makes any guy fall in love with you. It's the tactic that's used to show weakness and confusion. The tactic that hits at the core of what makes humans tick. It's the tactic that I primary use during my interactions with women.

What does being hot means? Being hot is showing your real desires to the person. It's giving them your undivided attention. It's the side of you that wants to show him how you really feel. It's the attention. This attention alleviates his fears and worries. It's what regresses him. It's what validates him.

When to reward him? When he does anything that you want him to do (being more masculine, or even cooking). Reward the behavior with attention.

What does being cold means? Being cold is when you remove attention. For example, rather than giving him your full attention when he contacts you, you're more aloof and bored. Rather than responding to a text with happiness and attraction, you withhold and act uninterested and selfish. One day you're very happy and the next you're sad. It's the down to the up. The push to the pull. It's what causes your target to miss and fantasize about you.

When to use being cold? Use it in two scenarios,
1) right after something that he does that can be interpreted as "wrong". Like when he takes a day to text, you chose not to respond.
2) when you feel like the guy is getting too comfortable and not working on himself anymore.
3) when you rewarded a guy.

How do I know how cold I should act towards a guy?

Good question, take down the coldness as the relationship progresses. For example, when you barely know him, you can be cold through either canceling a date and not responding. But let's say you're 4 months in and you guys kinda like each other, making it more subtle. For example, rather than not responding to a text, you reduce the amount of lols and words you use in your text. It's subtle but guys will notice that you're not as happy anymore. Same kind of coldness that brings fear and doubt, but since it's progressed, you can't be cold to the point of suspicion of cheating. This is more innocent and subtle. Don't hide important things about yourself.

How do I make sure how to properly use it?
Simple, do it just once in a while.

It's all about the sudden up and down. The roller coaster of emotions that makes it addictive. The higher the lows the better.
