J-FEST Moscow 2019! Russia's largest Japanese festival

J-FEST is a Japanese culture festival held every year in Moscow, Russia.

I participated in J-FEST 2019 for the first time in July 2019, which is the 10th time!

It was held for two days at Gorky Park in central Moscow (like Komazawa Park in Tokyo), and more than 120,000 people participated in 2019.

There were cosplay, food stalls, Bon festival dance, and fireworks, which was more fun than I expected. Although not shown in the video, there were many more Japanese-style events such as calligraphy, Go shogi, and sword fighting.

It was not held in 2020 due to the influence of the new coronavirus, but if it can be held safely in 2021, I would definitely like to participate again!
