INTRAUTERINE PACKAGING DEFECTS
Reduced intrauterine spaces give rise to "packaging disorder".
If the child doesn't move enough muscles can get contracted ( stuck in one position ).
So intrauterine packing can involve joint dislocations and contractures.
In this case multiple joint were dislocated involving
A. Congenital bilateral knee dislocation
B. Congenital unilateral hip dislocation
C. Congenital bilateral club foot
D. Congenital bilateral elbow dislocation
E. Congenital bilateral deformity of wrist

Conclusion:-
Packaging defect may present with multiple dislocations and deformities. Early intervention with serial casting and manipulation minimises disability and prevent ambulatory procedures.

This differes from case with inherent pathology like arthrogryposis multiplex congenita ( non progressive condition characterized by multiple joint contractures found at birth and it involves contractures of two joints in two different body regions ).
