Woodturning : A mangrove root 😳

After spending 20 years in an aquarium, this mangrove root will have a second life, still in decoration but this time in resin. I didn't expect that.. but in the end, with the brilliant color of the resin and the polish finish then carnauba wax, it makes the whole thing incredibly pretty.

Après avoir passé 20 ans dans un aquarium , cette racine de mangrove aura une seconde vie ,toujours en décoration mais cette fois ci dans la résine.Ce fut un tournage sur bois assez difficile a cause de la dureté de ce bois ,je ne m'attendais pas à ça ..mais au final avec la couleur éclatante de la résine et la finition polish puis cire de carnauba cela rend l'ensemble incroyablement jolie.
