Bringing their combined 83 years of severe disabilities to this stirring performance,Joni and Gracie communicate the faith and conviction that has helped them endure brutal circumstances. Both injured at age 17, Joni has lived with quadriplegia for 50 years, while Gracie suffered massive trauma from a 1983 car accident that led to 78 operations and eventually the amputation of both legs. Joni is a also a cancer survivor, and both women live with relentless pain.
Yet, their faith continues to deepen with a profound conviction of God's love and presence in their lives.

Joni founded JONI AND FRIENDS which has a flagship program of providing wheelchairs around the world. Another program of Joni and Friends is their FAMILY RETREATS. Joni is author of dozens of books, and is known throughout the world as a powerful voice to and for the disability community. She is considered by many to be one of the most prolific and insightful authors today on the subject of God's provision in suffering and disability. Joni, and her husband Ken have been married for 35 years. They live in California.

Gracie Parker Rosenberger, a vocal performance major, started singing publicly as a child. She attended Belmont University in Nashville, where she experience her car accident. Following the amputation of her legs, she launched Standing With Hope, which equips and trains local workers in Ghana to provide quality prosthetic limbs for their own people. She is the author of Gracie-Standing With Hope. Her husband of 31 years, Peter, hosts a weekly radio show for family caregivers, and his written three books including HOPE FOR THE CAREGIVER ...currently in it's fourth printing. Gracie and Peter have two sons, and one grandson. Gracie and Peter live in Tennessee.
