NILAGANG BABOY OR PORK NILAGA is a very popular Filipino soup dish. Nilaga means boiled, it is easy and quick recipe as you just need to place the meat and vegetables in boiling water and cooked in low heat. In my version, I seared first the potatoes, bananas and pork so it will be more tasty.
