Steps without feet, but traces | Ghanim Al-Muftah | TEDxQatarUniversity

Love of life, strength, giving back, patience and hope. The young 16-year-old tells his experience from the day he was born. He suffers from one of the world's rarest disabilities, the "Caudal Regression Syndrome", and how this did not prevent him from practicing various sports and leaving an impact. He took it upon himself to spread peace and love through his activities and adventures around the world, fulfilling his mission that he chose since his childhood in pleasing and delighting those around him.
His disability is considered one of the rarest disabilities: Caudal regression syndrome. Ghanim’s hobbies are swimming, scuba diving, ice skating, basketball,football, skate boarding, and mountain climbing.
He was chosen by the united nations as the youngest official speaker for more than 42 countries. He was also chosen as Youth Ambassador at the World Athletics Championships in Doha 2015 and Ambassador of Barwa bank, QFBA, & Reach Out To Asia (ROTA)
He founded Gharissa and was classified as the youngest businessman in the Arab world, a part of its profits goes to humanitarian projects.
He founded a humanitarian association “Ghanim Wheelchair” to help those with disabilities. He founded a home-based charity club with a group of volunteer coaches to help children with disabilities.
